If a young person or their parents/carers are in Australia on a visa - is the student eligible for enrolment at North Academy?
Specific visa rules apply and are complex issues that change from time to time. At this stage we do not offer full or part scholarships or subsidies to students that are not eligible for government funding.
How will I know if my enrolment has been accepted?
The process will follow these steps:
- Parent/Carer to fill out online form from the website

Young people will engage with our elements through out the day and is a compulsory part of attending North Academy.

Move: Physical exercise is proven to stimulate neurogenesis, enhancing cognitive function, concentration, and on-task behaviour.
Brain Breather: Mindful awareness practice changes how our body and brain respond to stress, preparing nervous systems to learn.
Brain Boost: Mental exercise helps and reshapes through the power of neuroplasticity, improving the speed of thought, decision-making, cognitive function and memory.

Can young people have their mobile phone on them at North Academy?
North Academy is invested in ensuring that our environment is one where all young people can feel safe and a strong sense of belonging. Mobile phone's will be not permitted during school hours.
Young people are welcome to bring them but they will be required to put them in a safe locker in our teams office if they need to bring them to school.
North Academy will have plenty of opportunities for young people to engage in technology and screen time.
